Shipping Methods

Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of payment, and we generally only deliver within NJ, NY, PA, & CT. Deliveries choices are as follows

1. trucked by basin bar vehicles [within the State of NJ only] or ...
2. shipped via UPS Next Day with tracking and drop-off (without signature) [NJ, NY, PA, & CT]. 

If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us at info@basinbar or (732) 481-4110 before choosing this method. Even if you reside within the UPS next day delivery zone, we cannot guarantee arrival of shipment at a specific time. 

Overnight Shipping

By request, basin bar ships Fed Ex overnight express and deliveries are expected to arrive by 11am depending on your location. An additional cost will be applied, and this option cannot be selected in the online store, so please contact us at info@basinbar or (732) 481-4110 before choosing this method

Shipment Tracking

If you choose UPS, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.  

Fees, Handling, & Grouping 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. An entire 3 day 8 juice cleanse (24 juices) incurs a total charge of $48. $36 for UPS Next Day and $12 for packaging. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
